At a French Cuisine restaurant, I was is in charge of planning the roadmaps and executing the products and menus for my team ( Appetizer, Bread, Dessert, Takeout). Controlling the cost and inventory, communicating and negotiating with all the business partners was tough to balance upon deciding on the seasonal menu with the owner but my spirit to enjoy every challenge came into good use. As well, educating and coaching the team members on how to effectively work and manage their goals and tasks has been one the most valuable experiences.
My marketing experience roots from searching new business chances in the existing market space, through field market research and analysis on the office printing and IoT arena. It extended to the next responsibility of creating a new business utilizing core businesses, market testing and collaborating with partners. In the last years, my role moved towards building a strong communication base with the European, American and Asian colleagues. I was in charge as a global product and project manager of launching a globally strategic cloud service product (Dispatcher Cloud). The struggles happened when the team had difficulties in moving towards the goal, due to the scale and newness of the product, but I strived to communicate and strive resiliently towards the goal.
