This was my second on-the-job-learning. I always made some part of the lunch, most common thing i prepared was battered meat (pork, chicken and fish) from scratch, first i cut up the meat and then started to bread them and then i fried them. I also helped with the side dishes like fried, mashed or roasted potatoes. I also baked some bread almost everyday. It was mostly just doing the usual frying and cutting things up but the working environment was nice.
My first on-the-job-learning was at RTV Järvelä's kitchen. I helped making the lunch, i prepared the salad table and made desserts. I also got to make pizzas, hamburger meals and À la carte meals. I also was at the cash register.
I am very diligent and brisk, i don't like just standing still, if i don't have anything to do, i always ask if there's more work to do Im a quick learner When i make food i do it fast and very carefully, so it tastes and looks good I get along with everyone, but im a little shy and not so talkative, but obviously i communicate the important things with coworkers and can serve customers without hesitation I also work well under pressure

I love cooking and baking. I also play the guitar and go to the gym on my free time.
