Part of European Technology Leadership Team driving merge of Product Development teams of two market leaders on masterbatch production. Taking part in creation of new organization, set up of new KPI's and tools to track them. Leader of digital KPI's creation and follow up. Accountable for Technology activities on Eastern and Northern Europe – 4 production sites. Work closely in international environment, in network of 16 European plants, but taking part also in global projects. Sponsor and team member of many LSS projects.

Coordination of Technology activities on Eastern Europe area. Leading technical support for Key Customers provided from two Eastern Europe plants.

Responsible for Product Development and Quality Control Laboratories in Polish production facility. The two areas of activity were colour (and additives) masterbatches for polymers and PVC dry blend for slush moulding application. Driving Technology transfer from US to Poland. Providing technical assistance to sales, marketing and production and technical support to customers. Defining and guiding R&D short- and mid-term projects.

Development of R&D Department by: increasing employment from 6 to 11 people, developing new applications for Company products in plastics, launching of 13 new products on the market
 Supervision over R&D Department

 Contribution into formation of Phosphorous BU Strategy
 Cooperation with scientific research institutes - outsourcing of some research activities in field of new technologies' development, analytics, application in plastics and concrete
 Contracting out of research and preparation of documentation needed for different type of substances registration under the REACH Regulation
 Submission of applications for granting of research and investment within EU Funds
