- Work consisted of protein modelling using Schrödinger's Maestro molecular modeling environment and supercomputers Puhti and LUMI.

- The project was to delete a putative KRAS enhance region from epithelial cells and observe the effects on KRAS mRNA levels. Used methods included CRISPR Cas9, cell culturing, qPCR, and RNA and DNA extraction.
