At Helicon Technologies, I was responsible for scaling the company’s headcount by leading all recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategy. This included developing the entire hiring process—from sourcing and headhunting to interviews, competency and cultural fit assessments, salary negotiations, contract management, and onboarding. I also focused on talent attraction and workplace environment development, ensuring a strong employer brand and a seamless recruitment lifecycle.
We primarily recruited Senior Developers, Product Owners, and Data Scientists, specializing in innovation-driven fields such as IoT, machine learning, and sensor-based systems, with a strong focus on the energy industry.
