  • Required (and also demanded) to know at all times, where the devices are located during the day and making sure that at the end of the shift, no device is missing
  • Performing all the firmware updates inside the QA Department, making sure that after the updates were performed, all the firmware are available for testing ( ex: for iPhone 4 devices needed to make sure that all firmware are available between FW 5.0 and the newly released FW 7.1)
