- Main responsibility includes complete system design in customer projects according to customer and Mapvision specifications. Typical customers from automotive industries such as OEMs and Tier1.
- Responsible for producing required 2D drawings and 3D CAD models of machined, sheet metal and welded parts as well as big system assemblies and their documentations. The documentations also include creating pneumatic drawings as well as instruction for system specific electric design.
- Responsible for selecting components according to Mapvision guidelines and customer specifications.
- Responsible for creating component lists for hardware order, checking and tracking components in ERP (Manu Online), source component from different vendors.
- Responsible of finite element analysis of car structure to predicate the deformation cause by forced displacement (also known as virtual clamping).
- Responsible of advanced assemblies such as CMM measurements and forced measurement to ensure quality of the fixtures built inhouse.
- Test feasibility, design, operation, and performance of fixture as well as systems.
- Assist in system automation during PLC programming and trouble shooting.
- Responsible for development task as well continuous optimization of existing designs for safe system and cost-efficient designs.
- Responsiveness to customer queries related to projects and support requests from other functions by providing technical expertise from hardware side.
- Fluent cross-functional communication with Project Management and Engineering, Service management and Engineering and Product Management to secure successful projects and product development.
