• Support the coordination and administration of coaching activities at the adult sailing for Helsingfors Segelsällskap r.f. (HSS)
• Responsible for maintaining good organizational records for all Sailing Center's activities in communication with members of the commission leaders.
• Responsible for HSS Sailing Center (adult’s coached activities) administrative part of coaching, season planning, equipment and maintenance and supporting Head Coach. Includes sailing and windsurfing.
• Analyzing information from collected data and using it for improvement of processes in cooperation with the Head Coach
• Regularly checking that Sailing Center activities are in accordance with the strategy and goals are going to be met
• Conducting Training for various sailing levels from Beginners to Advance.
