In my current position, I am responsible for the group's budgeting, planning, and controlling for a business that operates across all continents with several subsidiaries. One of the ERP implementations I oversaw was for this business, which included multi-site, multi-currency, multi-mode setups, and more. Another significant advantage of my candidacy for this role is my expertise in information architecture. In both of the ERP implementations I participated in, I served as the finance solution owner and one of the two solution architects. I have a comprehensive understanding of all business processes, from engineering to production and procurement. I possess the ability to improve all supply chain operations, which is why I held a steering committee role in both the 'Procurement Development' and 'Production Development' initiatives at my current employer. From a systems point of view, I understand the processes that generate data which is then used for reporting. For the past two years, I have been responsible for data warehouse and Power BI implementations. I personally designed the datasets and created the reporting architecture with proper data governance. Although I do not need to use Excel as much anymore, my skills in that area are still advanced. Microsoft Office is one of my most frequently used tools. Regarding my personal qualities, one of the best pieces of evidence for my respectable behavior is the fact that I was requested back to my current employer after a few years away from the company. I am a results-oriented person who sometimes takes a direct approach to get things done, but I have recently been focusing on developing my leadership skills. I believe that change always comes through people, and managing and supporting them is essential. As a person, I am open, positive, and talkative, and I work well with others. My personal strengths lie in my ability to see the big picture with an extremely analytical and logical mindset, as well as my high work motivation, which has been a great asset to me.
