• Drive Vans and/or cargo bikes to collect and deploy E-scooters or swap batteries
• Ensure E-scooters are parked in an orderly manner and do not block any streets/sidewalks
• Check for lost E-scooters, complete on-street quality checks and bring them back to our warehouse or directly deploy them in the city again
• Perform small repairs directly on the street to increase the availability of our fleet
• Support the operations team in the warehouse when help is needed

Microsoldering Specialist (start date: 2021-04-01): The main duties included: being
responsible for the refurbishment process of the devices at Swappie Operations site.

production-related tasks.
● Senior Microsoldering Specialist (start date: 2021-10-01): The main duties included:
being responsible for the refurbishment process of the devices at Swappie Operations
site. Examples of tasks included: motherboard-level repairs and other miscellaneous
production-related tasks.

Production Specialist (start date: 2020-07-23): The main duties included: being
responsible for the refurbishment process of the devices at Swappie Operations site.
Examples of tasks included: phone diagnostics, phone quality control, phone repair,
packing, order handling and other miscellaneous production tasks.
● Senior Production Specialist (start date: 2021-03-01): The main duties included: being
responsible for the refurbishment process of the devices at Swappie Operations site.
Examples of tasks included: phone diagnostics, phone quality control, phone repair,
packing, order handling and other miscellaneous production tasks.

• Cleaned and polished glass doors, mirrors and other surfaces to maintain professional appearance.
• Maintained floor cleaning and waxing equipment.
