Design strategist and lecturer specialising in behavioural systems, service design, and organisational transformation. My work focuses on how behaviour is shaped by underlying structural, cultural, and relational conditions within organisations and societies. I bring a qualitative, practice-based, and design-informed perspective to behavioural design, with particular emphasis on observation, pattern recognition, and participatory approaches to systemic change. My research explores how conditions of participation—such as language, institutional structures, and organisational culture—influence decision-making, engagement, and access within innovation and labour market systems. I am currently developing a practice-based research trajectory examining behavioural patterns within institutional systems, alongside a forthcoming book, Seen, But Not Heard—Blind Spots in Nordic Talent Systems, which investigates participation and systemic bias in talent infrastructures.
