Window to the World (WoW) is a flagship program by Directorate of Event and Community Development of PPI Dunia, aimed at showcasing different countries through cultural, educational, and tourism insights. The programs fosters cross-cultural understanding, connects Indonesian students globally, and highlights opportunities and experiences from featured countries.

• Drafted the Terms of Reference (TOR) and coordinated with various teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
• Sourced and secured speakers and a narrator to deliver insightful and engaging sessions.

Athan Cup 2024, in collaboration with the Defense Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in Romes, is an annual sports and arts events designed for Indonesia Students across Italy.

• Drafting comprehensive event proposals to secure funding and ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders.
• Handled sensitive information discreetly, maintaining confidentiality when managing personnel files or financial data.
• Maintained daily report documents, memos and invoices.
• Prepared and submitted the final accountability report (LPJ) to provide transparency and detailed documentation of event outcomes and financial usage.
