  • My work experience involves reviewing patients' case proforma, interpreting laboratory values and diagnosing illness by symptoms.
  • Planning treatment requirements and Monitoring medication therapies and ensure that drug regimens are consistent according to guidelines and protocols.
  • Providing patient counselling about the adverse reactions and drug interactions caused by medications during treatment.
