Recruitment Partner working for Ericsson globally with a focus on the Nordic countries. As a talent acquisition specialist, I managed end-to-end recruitment processes within various ICT roles, collaborating with business stakeholders and candidates to ensure long-term successful recruitment.
- Collaboration with hiring managers, Intake calls to understand job requirements & expectations, follow-up discussions. Provide feedback on the candidates, help with the final selection, prepare a written salary proposal etc.
- Draft and publish job ads
- Screen CVs, select the best candidates with the required skillset
- Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Video interviews with the candidates
- Verbal offers for the selected candidate and enter the terms of the employment in the SAP tool
I worked daily with several tools and systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Eightfold, Textio, Harver, and, of course, the Microsoft Office suite.
