Recruitment Partner working for Ericsson globally with a focus on the Nordic countries. As a talent acquisition specialist, I managed end-to-end recruitment processes within various ICT roles, collaborating with business stakeholders and candidates to ensure long-term successful recruitment.

• Collaboration with hiring managers, Intake calls to understand job requirements & expectations, follow-up discussions. Provide feedback on the candidates, help with the final selection, prepare a written salary proposal etc.
• Draft and publish job ads
• Screen CVs, select the best candidates with the required skillset

• Video interviews with the candidates
• Verbal offers for the selected candidate and enter the terms of the employment in the SAP tool
  

I worked daily with several tools and systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Eightfold, Textio, Harver, and, of course, the Microsoft Office suite.

• One of my main tasks was to source candidates with the required skill set for our clients' and partners' assignments using different recruitment tools, mainly LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conducted phone interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Collaborated with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and execute as efficiently as possible.
• Wrote and posted technical job descriptions
• Interviewed candidates using different interview methods and approaches
• Supported managers
• Built strong relationships with internal and external candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience

I started as an intern, which helped me understand what recruiting really is. After three months of internship, I was hired by the company. My duties included interviewing candidates, placing candidates for the right roles based on their experience, screening CVs, writing job advertisements, monitoring the work permits of the employees, customer service, and other general HR tasks.

I worked as a cashier and restaurant cook. My job included customer service and other tasks such as shelving and much more. I gained much experience working with different people, and most importantly, my customer service skills developed a lot.
