Joined TCR Australia (EMERGE) go-live support

* Third-line support in backoffice for local admin personnel

* Day shift only in local time zone (+9h to Finnish)

Joined TCR UK go-live support

* Delivered second-line support for process and tablet usage queries to mechanics and shift leads during the first week.

* Transitioned to third-line support in the second week as local staff gained independence and confidence.

* Covered two shifts: evening (14-22) and night (22-06). Nights again as the sole "super key user" on-site.

* Coordinated with the international support team and joined daily check-in calls with local line station airports to resolve bottlenecks and blocking issues together with smart colleagues from all 3 shifts.

* Handled Nordic Fleet management duties as Deputy to the Nordic Fleet Manager during the second week, in addition to standard Fleet duties for Swedish and Finnish matters throughout the entire period, remotely. Minding time zones with minimal overtime even despite the shift work

Picked up Swedish Fleet at TCR SE while continuing to govern Finnish Fleet at TCR FI.

Coordination of Helsinki-Vantaa Fleet of ground support equipment (GSE) as our only workshop location in Finland. At the end of this contract, I received an offer to stay in this company in the same role.
