• Using Amadeus Altea CM & FM for passenger handling Pre-boarding, Boarding, Finalization of boarding process as well as Post-flight requirements such as filling flight movement data and Teletype
• Coordinated with ramp agents to verify baggage was placed on correct outgoing flight (Ramp clear).

• Performed all inspections of operation at each of the inspection intervals for aircraft types : Robinson 22 & 44, Cirrus, Piper, Cessna, Diamond series
• Operated power tools, gauges and testing equipment to adjust, repair, and replace faulty components in aircrafts.

• Analyzed engineering drawings and schematics to troubleshoot systems and diagnose solutions.
