Summary

Having worked in hotels throughout my career, I have developed an all-round knowledge of the hotel and catering business. In particular I have become increasingly competent in my overall management skills rather than in one department. This includes staff training, supervision and organization skills. I work well both independently and part of a team and have a lot to offer any employer. I am extremely flexible and reliable and am very committed to furthering my career. Since July 2012 I have lived in Finland. I have been studying a Basic Finnish course. In Finland I have used my chef qualifications to work in Finland.
