I am a physically active, positive, and optimistic 52-year-old resident of Helsinki. I am development-oriented and always eager to challenge myself. I graduated in the spring of 2021 from the Master School program at Turku University of Applied Sciences. My thesis focused on nurses' experiences with orientation programs. Promoting health, ensuring professional competence, and continuously improving the quality of nursing care and the well-being of the work community are my passions.
