My task was to ensure books meant to be distributed to all Uusimaa were properly placed in their boxes.

Failure of this would lead to a huge logistic breakdown because final delivery personnel are not tasked to check the sorting numbers in the boxes, and therefore won't be able to determine or know what consignment is meant for what. Together with my wonderful team, we did the needful by making sure all the numbering and the corresponding books were where they were supposed to be to curtail any possibility of delivery mishaps.

I spoke on behalf of the organization in mostly all matters related to organizational branding, serving as a bridge between authorities and civilians.

I worked and ensured that the organization got funding for projects applied for. I drafted and carried out several projects. I attended to the special needs of individuals who were referred to us by the authorities.

Planning routes, coordinating the activities of the group, checking the work timelines, and using software to monitor the delivery.

The language barrier was not an issue because I had a support team, that created an enabling environment for me to learn the needs of the work and execute them accordingly.
