Acting as a mentor for less experienced project managers, helping them in different fields (technical-, risk-, quality-, time- and cost management) and phases (engineering, supply construction, operation and maintenance) of delivery project. Assisting with safety sessions and risk assessment (safe expert), HAZCAN & HAZOP).

Supporting the sales teams in project estimation, risk identification and fabricator selection. Reviewing designs for ‘design to cost’, ease of fabrication and installation. Assisting with workshop inspections and FAT’s. Providing remote and on-site support for installation and commissioning activities. Guidance of local Market Areas to understand causes for margin deterioration and agree actions to prevent recurrence.

Troubleshooting for earlier delivered thickeners and clarifiers.

Product development and improvement of thickeners. Acting in Europe, CEA and Middle East as a local link to product line in Australia. Sales support in Europe, CEA and Middle East. Installation supervising, commissioning and troubleshooting of delivered equipment.

Managing of delivery projects for minerals processing equipment and plant projects. Preparing and following of project schedule, budget and quality of engineering, manufacturing and construction. Creating and managing Project-, Resource-, Communication-, Risk-, Quality-, Time-, Cost-, Documentation and Closure plans through the project life cycle. Leading global multidisciplinary project teams and supporting sales teams in Europe and CEA market areas.

Main task: Act as Chief design engineer in Thickener/Clarifier delivery projects leading global multidisciplinary engineering teams; controlling discipline costs, quality and hours. Technical support for various stakeholders and managing product development projects. Sales support in Europe market area.

Working in Outokumpu SAP -project, mainly focusing to create SAP – Solidworks integration. Along with the main job act as CAD- support for Autocad, MicroStation and Solidworks users.

Mechanical engineering of various metals and minerals processing equipments (flotation cells, thickeners, sintering furnaces, concentrate burners).

Mechanical, cold and hot commissioning of H2SO4 -evaporation plant (Chongqing Chuangdong Chemical Co. Ltd, China), NaOH -evaporation plant (Chimcomplex Borzesti, Romania), (NH₄)₂SO₄ -crystallization plant (Outokumpu Harjavalta), CuSO4-crystallization plant (Outokumpu Pori Copper).
