• Spearheaded a comprehensive 12-week adaptation course specifically tailored for Ukrainian refugees, facilitating their smooth transition to life in Finland.
• Collaborated with local entities and partners to ensure a diverse range of supportive services were available during the adaptation courses.
• Played a pivotal role in community outreach, increasing awareness and support for the challenges faced by Ukrainian refugees.
• Led a dedicated team of volunteers, ensuring efficient execution of events and courses, and enhancing the impact of the organization's initiatives.
• Established strong relationships with local Ukrainian communities, creating a network of support and mutual assistance.

Kovcheg is a non-profit aiding Russian emigrants with housing, legal support, education, and fostering anti-war initiatives globally.

• Successfully managed and moderated "The Ark" Telegram chat for Finnish-based emigrants, fostering a supportive and informative community environment.
• Assisted members with practical concerns related to settling in Finland, from housing to understanding local customs.
• Became a go-to resource for clarifying Finnish migration laws, helping members navigate complex legal landscapes.
• Coordinated with legal experts from "The Ark" to address specific migration queries, streamlining the adaptation process for new emigrants
• Played a pivotal role in connecting Finnish locals with Russian emigrants, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.
