At the company, I worked both as a cashier and shelf stocker. My responsibilities included providing friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout, handling payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. In addition, I restocked shelves, checked product expiration dates, and ensured that displays were tidy and well-filled. Through this role, I developed strong customer service skills, learned to work efficiently under pressure, and improved my ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

In a restaurant I worked in various roles including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. My responsibilities included taking orders, preparing food according to quality standards, managing the drive-thru, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. I also followed hygiene and safety guidelines closely. Through this role, I improved my multitasking skills, learned to work efficiently under pressure, and gained valuable experience in teamwork and customer interaction.

As a coach for a children's basketball team at a local sports club, I was responsible for planning and leading training sessions, teaching fundamental basketball skills, and fostering teamwork and a positive atmosphere. I also communicated regularly with parents and participated in organizing games and tournaments. Through this role, I developed strong leadership and communication skills, learned to adapt my coaching to different age groups and skill levels, and helped young players grow in confidence and motivation. It was rewarding to see both individual and team progress throughout the season.

I managed my time effectively to cover all routes on schedule and ensured that the materials were distributed in a neat and respectful manner.
