My area included 3 units of 24h-care for disabled people. My main responsibilities consisted of HR assistance, recruitment, shift planning and co-operation with educational institutions. The work required teamwork skills, ability for decision making and knowledge about collective labour agreements and work time laws.

I sold and organized personnel trainings for welfare areas about DEI, international recruitment, and multicultural teamwork. I created also online learning materials for leaders of multicultural teams.

Main responsibilities included customer service, occupational health care, collaboration with customer companies, insurance companies and other stakeholders.

Short summerjob in Germany, main interest to learn the language and working culture.

Key responsibility was to record the weights of coils of steel. Learned a lot about working in industrial conditions and occupational safety.
