The company was founded by me and 2 other shareholders. Today the company is owned by our family and my wife is managing the operations.

As Product Manager I was responsible for the sales and manufacturing for the TDP- division.
I was responsible for sales in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The customers were retailers, breweries and bottling companies. During this time the product line grew from 4-8 MEUR.
The manufacturing of the product line was in Finland, Sweden, Latvia and Germany. I managed a sales team of 5 people. My responsibilities included sales, marketing and profit and loss. I reported directly the Managing Director.
My responsibility included supporting our key account managers in Germany and Italy. This involved processing orders and writing quotations.
