Summary

My last work experience mostly is related to finding the best solution for a client, help them fully test, install and provide daily support. For this, I need to be a fast learner and improve my risk assessment in order to provide the best technical solution. Though, not always various implementations are/were smooth, I'm not afraid of challenges, I feel comfortable working with larger amount of issues, pressure and information.

Lastly, due to working with software development, E2E testing, application operations and support, I have to have a transparent communication with a client, stakeholders and 3rd party vendors. So, my work experience allowed my to gain a good collaboration and communication skills.

Solution Consultant

  • Working with application called Nova which is a debt collection tool
  • Implementing this application for clients (actual application install, database set up), support day to day operations, scripting file handling (specific programming languages used only for Nova, similar to Python and Visual Basic) and various other job’s according to client’s requests
  • Working with SQL database, creating stored procedures, SQL Agent jobs and overall managing all the data for improving debt collection application performance.
  • E2E testing for all the changes related to the application

  • My day to day work consists of close contact with various Barclays vendors when solving mobile connection issues (Vodafone, TeleWare), applying script fixes to known issues, finding innovative ways to go around new issues that arise in Blackberry and iOS platforms, advising ITSD agents on issues they face with Mobile Devices and their apps on calls.
