International task force is a project that gathers a group of international students from other capital area universities to share their thoughts on international student integration and study matters and to advocate for them at the national political level. What I did:

• Outlined work plans, assessed resources and determined timelines for the project.
• Assembled a project team and assign individual responsibilities to facilitate on-time completion of planned tasks.
• Maintained close connection with project personnel to quickly identify and resolve problems.
• Updated project plans based on changing objectives, specifications and staff availability.
• Forecasted, scheduled and monitored project timelines, personnel performance and resources efficiency.
• Assisted project supervisor by identifying gaps and establishing best practices for existing and upcoming project initiatives.
• Identified project needs by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
• Produced thorough, accurate and timely reports of project activities.
• Submitted project deliverables to students consistently committed to a quality standard
• Worked closely with communication team and establish collaboration with advocate specialists in other student unions when possible to have better reach to politicians with well researched agenda

In the discussion, we listen to the issues and challenges that need to be addressed from the application process to moving and living in Finland. We also aimed to surface topics and concepts that required to be redefined and reviewed, lobbied by proactive listening by asking thoughtful questions. What i did:

• Created a brave and safe space for story sharing with proper welcome
• Coached and gave guidance in Q&A sessions with colleagues
• Maintained a continuing education and advanced training to provide updated knowledge and better solutions to challenges

"Building resilience in difficult time" at Aalto University event was a combination of interactive workshop-base event with a dynamic but meditative movement practice. What I did:

• Applied industry knowledge and personal expertise to customize the event to meet the need of the participants.
• Sourced and interviewed speakers and practitioner for the event.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship in short conversations and asked thoughtful questions with volunteers
• Oversaw event logistics and venue scheduling
• Organized materials and set up equipment to prepare for the event.
• Trained and supervised volunteers and support volunteers required for the event.
