Help Desk Project - Raisio Library, In this project, I primarily solved problems for customers who visited the library with issues related to their laptops. The main problems involved web browsers and slow computer performance. I assisted customers in improving their computer speed and resolving browser-related issues. I communicated with customers in Finnish, and this help desk project was a crucial part of my degree. Turku Library Project, Additionally, I worked on a project at Turku Library that involved live streaming on YouTube. This project focused on discussing social issues with invited speakers. I was responsible for adjusting the cameras and sound system and streaming the event using OBS software. The streaming setup included three cameras.
