Niilo Mustalahti

I graduated upper secondary school with good grades in mathematical subjects. I'm also motivated athlete which has made me determined and relentless person. I won't give up easily when i face a challenge. My goal is to get a job in some kind of business company. Do some basic business jobs first and get more experience and confidence in working life. When I have been working a few years, I hopefully get a promotion and then can be working in management positions. I want to take responsibility and show that I am good at my job. I think I would be a good leader, because I am demanding person. But athletics has taught me that sometimes you fail, then you learn from your mistakes and you can become a better athlete or in work life an employee. Education Matriculation examination Aug 2018

I did Finnish mandatory military service in Santahamina between 2022-2023. I served 347 days and became a sargeant and a group leader of scouting unit. I specialized as a sharpshooter and combat medic. Time in the military taught me especially time management, team work, quick thinking and decision making skills. I also got some leadership experience and i was constantly responsible of my crew.
