Core of program is MS Dynamics with 100+ integrations. Overall responsible for building and executing unified programs level test strategy which includes a unified way of working for 20 + countries.
• Program Test Manager, SAP transformation – Leading Finnish garden tools & crystal products manufacturer.- Responsible to manage the E2E test management for SAP ECC Cloudification on Azure. Was responsible for E2E quality for cloud migration and was managing the vendor to adhere the quality standards as set by the customer.
• Test and Cutover Manager, ERP rollout for leading Finnish Car Logistics Company-Was responsible for designing and executing test strategy and delivery for their NetSuite adaptation and implementation. Working with various vendors to ensure quality is met through proper testing and auditing vendor. Managing E2E UAT and also worked as a cutover manager to ensure smooth go-live.
• Test and Process Improvement Manager, ERP rollout for a leading Finnish Pet Care company-Worked as Process Improvement consultant to ensure impeccable quality of multiple releases across organization via test process standardization. • Operational Readiness Lead, S4/HANA implementation for a leading steel manufacturer in Europe- Managing best practices in Non-functional aspects for their SAP S/4HANA implementation. Took the initiative to define the Non-functional requirements from the scratch and created a benchmark for the end results in production cutover with the needed hardware & network sizing . Performance Testing the core solution, integrations(SAP PO), Third party applications like C4C, TMS, Coupa, CPQ, Quintiq etc. with the anticipated load, stress, volume and benchmarking the results against NFRs.
