• Assign duties and responsibilities to cleaning staff, establishing work schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with established standards.

• Acted as academic assistant to degree coordinator in developing curriculum and organizing course for Masters in Public Health program for Institute of Public Health and Clinical Nutrition, University of Eastern Finland.

As a Program Associate for ICCO funded HIV and Sexual and reproductive health coalition of nine NGOs , I

• Assisted with establishment of community-based organizations of people living with HIV and established livelihood projects and rural enterprise.
• Implemented the inter-faith movement concerning sex education among youths, collaborating with local health providers in piloting new approaches on reproductive health care and nutritional support.
• Ensured sustainable approaches in livelihood projects established for people infected and affected with HIV are mainstreamed across the program.
• Oversaw monitoring and evaluation of the projects ensuring that monitoring systems comply with the ICCO monitoring framework.

• Developed research work plans/protocols according framework of Global Fund in collaboration with National Tuberculosis Center, Nepal.
• Prepared research questionnaires and pre-test, and carried intensive training for the research assistant on field research.
• Monitored research activities in eight remote districts of Nepal on situation analysis of TB and HIV services collaboration and knowledge, attitude and practices.

• Provided training on HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing (VCT), Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), Training for Trainers (TOT) on HIV/AIDS and STDs for health professionals from governmental, UN and International/non-governmental health setting and organizations.
• Contributed in revision of National HIV and AIDS training manual of Nepal.
