II have over 22 years of experience in leadership, service development and cost-effectiveness. I have served as a manager in both small and large hospital organizations. As Executive Director, my duties include the following responsibilities;

In my opinion, the management and development of service production emphasizes, among other things, the implementation of reforms and responding to business challenges. . What I value most in my work is personnel management, cost management, developing the quality of services, functional and transparent cooperation, and multicultural cooperation.
My soft values
I am a negotiative, incomplete and confusing, creative and teamwork executive director with a positive attitude towards life and the ability to influence. I have a strong will to create functional contacts and network. I have a knack for facing difficult issues. I can work under a lot of stress and pressure and make consistent decisions. The ethical perspective is also well emphasised in the management of people and operations and in my development decision-making.
