• Conduct process analysis to understand critical path, feasibility issues and process optimization.
• To provide training to team to learn CAM software, and proper use of cutting tools.

• As part of CRM team, continuously in touch with customer to understand their requirements related about product quality, manufacturing issues, and delivery.

• Detailed drawing study of 25nos.assemblies and 69nos. individual parts (total 226nos. of articles).
• Plan & coordinate all aspects of delivery schedule with quality & production departments.
• Brought out & outsource item list given to purchase department, coordinate quality plan with QC department.
• To assure work perform according to plan and specification in CNC machining department, EDM operation, Grinding, Glass bead, Ultrasonic cleaning, Electro polishing & Tig welding.
• Support team to prove out parts & resolve CAM related issues.
• Update the manufacturing plan daily and prepare weekly report on work accomplished and update to Superior.
