With 13 years of teaching experience, I am a flexible, dedicated team player and have a positive approach to teaching which leads to me being creative and willing to go the extra mile for my colleagues and students. I have the tools to create a welcoming learning environment in the classroom and my clear leadership and teaching style are the key to my students’ success. I can differentiate my teaching to reach different students and can work inclusively with different special needs students in cooperation with Student Care and Special Educators. Continuous feedback to students and effective collaboration with parents and the school community, is a must in my professional work.
