I am responsible for the company's food safety and the management improvement of the quality management systems BRCGS and FSSC 22000. My duties include management of the HACCP group, external and internal audits, staff training, environmental policy, environmental monitoring, housekeeping and hygiene, monitoring of legislation,waste management, pest control and consumer service. I am part of the product development group.
I prepared and implemented the food safety management system FSSC 22000. My duties also included maintenance of the self-monitoring plan, HACCP and hygiene control, recipe maintenance in the Alpha Manager program, preparation and calculation of product ingredient and nutritional content information, and ensuring quality of the products.
