I planned and organized the move of about 12 new companies to a new office building in Technopolis Asemakeskus in a timeframe of 4 months. I made sure that everything went smoothly and that the premises were in top condition for our customers when they moved in.
In addition to customer moves I was also responsible of the overall takeover of the new building including ordering new wall signs, ICT service orders, cleaning, neon signs etc. The tasks demanded smooth cooperation with several different service partners as well as the construction company.
