Manage all phases of room service with the team. Preparation, order, cleaning, warehouse, constant inventories, taking orders for breakfast, lunch and dinner services, all following the LQA stands.
Breakfast and lunch service.
Reception of guests, table accompaniment and menu description.
Presentation of menu and wine list and suggestion of combinations and dishes of the day.
Presentation of the account and management of cash or electronic payments.
Resolution of any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Care of the relationship with the customers, answer to the questions and management of particular requests.
Supervision the mise en place and attention to aesthetic details.
Breakfast and lunch service mainly. Sometimes even evening service in the resurgent from a Michelin star.
Breakfast and dinner service
Assistance in opening and closing activities in secondary areas.
Preparation of food pass and service areas.
Rehabilitation and rehabilitation of operational areas and guéridon.
Get rid of the tables and transport the dishes to the Plonge.
Cleaning and tidying of the room at the end of service.
Care of the mise en place of the room according to the procedures and standards of service.
Accommodation and cleaning of the restaurant.
