As Vice President of Oulu Arctic Tigers, I played a key leadership role in supporting the team’s operational and strategic goals. I assisted in organizing and coordinating team activities, events, and community outreach programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. I collaborated with the President and other executive members to plan and execute initiatives that enhanced team performance, morale, and visibility. Additionally, I was responsible for fostering strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and local organizations, helping secure resources and funding. I also mentored and supported members, helping to build a positive and productive team culture.
