My job duties contain customer service of own customer portfolio, processing transport request, cooperation with various stakeholders e.g. shipping lines, port and road operators as well as internal and external customers, invoicing, export customs clearances, process improvement planning and implementation.

My job duties contained issuing customs clearance, customer service with different types of customers, coordinating domestics deliveries with trucking companies, handling reclamations & claims and issuing different types of reports (Monthly KPI‑reports, analyzing customer data).

Also i worked as 10‑Man (Assistant Team‑Leader and key user of our ERP‑system) 1.7.2017 ‑ 31.12.2020.

My job duties contained managing and calculating transfer prices/reference selling prices for DHL Global Forwarding air freight routes for import and export shipments to/from Finland. And issuing various kind of pricing analysis to find out pricing errors and define materials to different pricing categories and value groups.

I worked as import forwarder & Traffic Supervisor for key account customer. My working tasks included close up customer service & communications with customers, agents & contractors, claims handling, customer reporting and fulfillment of on time deliveries.
