In 2013 I was awarded to employee of the year in TTS.
  • I was a foreman for 20 employees. I did recruiting for all the staff for horticulture department. I was also responsible for student recruiting containing application evaluation and interviews.
  • TTS is a research, development and education institute. The TTS serves companies, information services, government authorities, private and institutional households and research and educational institution.

  • Product Manager: I started a new business area in the company for professional landscaping. I was responsible to marketing and sales activities. I launched new product lines in Fin-land with totally new idea. The core business was around Hi-tech controlled re-leased fertilizers. Today this professional landscaping sector is one of the top opera-tions in Schetelig Group. In years 2003 and 2004 I received Scotts Company reward for achievement of sales targets.
