Leading the operations team in UKKO.fi's Light Entrepreneurship side. Early on I succeeded in combining three different teams (CS, Financial & Light entrepreneurship with own Business ID) into one functional operations team with ~20 people. This required a lot of soft skills like team building, coaching and fostering team cohesion in this new situation. From January to August 2023 I was also the acting business director of the Light Entrepreneurship business, reporting to the CEO of UKKO Companies. I've actively created and improved our processes and people, as well as developing our service to ensure continuous improvement to our customer experience.

Part of the Danfoss Finland Executive Team. Leading the Danfoss customer service team, managing daily operations, making sure we achieve our performance targets, and serve our customers, in the best possible way. We achieved great results going from a negative -1,6 NPS Score to a positive 43 points within the first year of my tenure. Coaching, developing, inspiring and motivating people were the most important tools in my daily work, as well as constantly improving processes in a fast-changing business environment.

Worked on improving knowledge management and reporting, big data analysis and utilization. Managed and led a cross-functional BI-team of about 10 people (1 direct report) and ensured we developed and improved the coding standards and worked in a unified way. Wrote code myself as well (Qlik, SQL) and was responsible for making sure our software and hardware was working and up to date.

Part of the GoGolf founding team. I was CEO for the first four years and was part of the managing team that created the industry-transforming business model and growth strategy for GoGolf. During my time as CEO I was also an accountant, golf reporter, salesperson, tax specialist, payroll person, content producer, social media producer and many many other things.

Creating, promoting and communicating a culture of continuous improvement in the organization using LEAN and Six Sigma –methodologies. Managed and ran Lean development projects and coached other project managers. Ran leadership courses to DHL Express top and middle management in accordance with the company's Certified International Manager -program.

Supporting sales management with customer pricing, price and profitability analyses, creation and implementation of pricing and discounting policies and managing the Sales Management Tool.

Ran two-day courses on entrepreneurship twice a year at Suomen Urheiluhierojaopisto for sports massage students.
