• I improved my skills in making cold dishes and time management.
• Enhanced stress resilience at work during high customer flow, etc. For example, I changed my line of work for short periods, transitioning from works with woks to preparatory tasks.

After a year of working in the restaurant, I started qualification enhancement courses towards becoming a Head Chef. Regarding this, I studied all relevant tasks to effectively manage time and HR. I learned to prepare all dishes featured in our menu and, furthermore, created my own signature dish.

Unfortunately, I did not obtain this qualification due to staff reductions resulting from the restaurant's closure.

ELDORADO is a chain of household appliances and electronics stores operating both offline and online in Ukraine.

• Thanks to this position, I deepened my knowledge of household appliances and electronics.
• I also gained experience in retail and customer communication.
• I provided timely and courteous assistance to customers through telephone and in-person service.
• I assisted customers in locating products and conducted searches in the store system for inventory at other locations.
• I maintained composure and poise in fast-paced, high-stress situations to ensure excellent customer and staff service.

I voluntarily resigned from this position at April 2020.

I worked as a lathe operator's apprentice at the "Antonov" plant. It was also where I completed my internship after my training. This experience aligns with my professional profile.

• During my time there, I gained a deeper understanding of aviation systems and the manufacturing process for aircraft components.
• Also I ensured that all components were manufactured in accordance with size and position requirements, and I operated a CNC machine.

I left this position because my work contract came to an end.
