I am a very strategic and result-oriented Commercial professional with more than 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry. During recent years I have had the opportunity to participate in the change stages of the chemical industry both on B2B and B2C target groups including sizeable acquisitions and integrations. I have worked throughout my career with leading international brands and have continued to develop them to become even stronger. I have experience in creating and managing on different levels both on country and central units. With exceptionally good skills in people leadership I am passionately committed to attracting, developing and engaging talents in organizations. Key achievements:

- Successful integration cross countries from PPG to Tikkurila without any business interference

- Poland turn around from single digit EBIT% to close to 20% EBIT

- Double digit growth rates in central asia and export despite exiting all connection to Russia due to PPG Group decisions and sanctions

  • Building and and creating Tikkurila new commercial strategy in close co-operation with the Leaders of all local business units and other functions. A huge part of Tikkurila successful turnaround was creating the commercial basics, improving management and processes, and creating a more efficient and result-oriented culture without forgetting the customers.
  • Geographically, the focus was in Sweden, as Sweden suffered the most during and after the failed ERP implementation. A new business unit leader was recruited and the management was reformed. A new strategy was created and several commercial terms were changed to secure profitability and growth.

Key achievements:

  • International Key customers and sales-related systems are part of the key sales responsibilities. All this in very close co-operation between the different functions.
  • This was also the formula to implement Tikkurila integrated business planning (IBP) called Tikkurila Business Steering (TBS).
