Business is my passion. During my 20+ years' experience in IT business I have had pleasure of working with a variety companies and see how impossible can became possible.
I have worked in the IT sector as a manager since 2006. The goals of my tasks have always been strongly connected to business growth and development.
I firmly believe that an encouraging and truly respectful culture in the workplace is the key to success. That's why personnel should be listened to and treated as individuals, so that everyone gets the support they need for their own professional growth.

Even though I am a result-oriented and sometimes demanding supervisor, I have received excellent feedback on leadership along the way, both directly from team members and the organization's job satisfaction surveys.
Inspired by this, I have also acted as a mentor to people at different stages of their careers, which has been very rewarding and has also given me valuable lessons about the demands of today's working life.
